It has been a busy year for Advantage Healthcare Group, even more so with the introduction of new services and benefits to you. We encourage feedback from you throughout the year to enable us to tailor the services and benefits we provide – we do however realise there is a need to once a year ensure that you have your say and tell us what you think of the services we provide.

Now in its fourth year, our annual ‘Client and Candidate Satisfaction Survey’ gives you the opportunity to say what you think of our performance over the year. The survey concentrates on particular areas including: our working processes, rates and wages, the staff we place and work available, complaints procedures and on-call services and our ability to communicate to you our clients and candidates.
